The Senate has voted to scrap the program, but a similar measure has stalled in the House. As it stands, the new inspection program is set to become fully operational Sept. 1. Forrest Fenn has been flying out in chartered helicopters or planes, searching remote stretches of the upper Rio Grande for any sign of Randy Bilyeu, now missing in the wild for more than three frigid weeks. Fellow treasure hunters also are searching for Bilyeu, who was last seen on Jan. 5 while trying to solve Fenn’s mystery..
Many of us don’t have much patience for anything online that’s even the tiniest bit sluggish or difficult. If we encounter a clunky user interface, broken links, slow downloads or a dysfunctional shopping cart, we’ll cut and run, no questions asked. If you have an online store, you can’t afford to lose customers this way.
Besides abject terror, the biggest problem I had was with my mask fogging up like a strip mall Bikram yoga studio. At least I couldn’t see the vicious clown fish and sea anemones trying to eat me whole.Toothpaste can be used on a new glass mask to remove any residue left over from the lens mounting or manufacturing process that would allow a buildup of blinding fog to ruin an otherwise delightful and terrifying dive. The fine abrasive in regular old white, non gel toothpaste can be used to scrub off the residue.
Banks insure your money (up to $100,000) through the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). This means that even if the bank goes out of business (which is very rare!) your money will still be there. (The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) insures credit union accounts up to $250,000.) The FDIC is an independent agency of the federal government that was created in 1933 because thousands of banks had failed in the 1920s and early 1930s.
Is Nature Indisputable Evidence Of A Creator?Jump to Last Post 1 37 of 37 discussions (210 posts)Warning: This thread is intended as a serious discussion for those interested in philosophy. Posts that attempt to proselytize or derail the discussion with an unrelated subject matter will not receive a response from me.Now to the topic of this thread:Theists claim that the complexity and order in the universe couln’t have come about without a creator. If that is so, then where did the complexity and order that exists in the creator come about? Another creator? Then, who created that creator? Obviously, this would imply the absurd idea of an infinite regress of creators; so, what other possibilities are there? Did the creator evolve in another universe and then proceed to create other universes with life forms (I heard a deist make this argument)? If you subscribe to that view, then you have admitted that some type of evolutionary process can happen, which would defeat the original premise that a creator is necessary for complex and ordered systems to exist.
