(Especially the top 2, which will completely blow your minds. Promise.)But I’m curious to get your take, readers.

Offensive Lineman Joe Thomas has won the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award for his charitable donations and volunteer work that he’s done. He’s teamed with a non profit organization called “Shoes and Clothes for Kids” that raises money every year for underprivileged kids in the Cleveland area.
If she did, might that have influenced her perceptions about her contact with Bryant? Beats me. Do these seem to be the right kinds of questions the defense should be raising and the judge considering? Absolutely. And if the judge ultimately decides that some or all of the alleged victim’s medical past is relevant I have no problem permitting jurors to make the final call on whether that past bore upon any “motive or scheme” the defense says she concocted to get at Bryant..
Still, both sand and Shape Ups involve more effort and a natural search for balance, so there is correlation for sure. Believe me, I know. I lived on a seashore and every morning walked for 40 minutes along a beach line.. So I crossed this street and safety patrol saw me, and reported me to the teacher. My punishment was to write “I will not jaywalk” 200 times or something. It was bullshit, my parents thought it was bullshit, so we asked the teacher if I could type the lines instead of writing them.
